Nearly 8 in 10 said connection (peers, mentors, a partner, community) is what carries them, not the product or the money. Around 1 in 7 named loneliness as the hardest part.
And when they were asked what success even means, they didn't agree. Some said stability, some said scale, plenty said freedom and a life that feels good. There's no single way to do this well, which is rather the point.
